Return & Refund Policy
At Hagos Trading websites we believe in 100% customer service and strive to service all our customers. We always do our greatest to require care of our valuable customers.
In the unlikely event of any product that you just have purchased is broken or incorrect then you’ll return your product. To be eligible for a refund, the merchandise must be returned to Hagos Trading in a very resalable & unused condition. The item must be within the original packaging and returned with any accessories or free gifts within 7 days from the day it absolutely was delivered.
These categories cannot be returned:
- Used or not within the same condition and packaging as you received it.
- Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, Beauty products, perfumes/deodorant, pants, socks and clothing freebies, grocery & gourmet, Jewelry and Pet Supplies, etc.
- items that are used or installed.
- Products that are tampered with or missing serial numbers.
- Products with missing labels or accessories.
- Digital products.
1. If you received an item Damaged or incorrect then we may request you to share pictures or a video with the order number. The link to upload pictures and video are given to you by us.
2. If you received a damaged item then you may inform the company within 3 days of delivery.
3. Please, confirm that everyone returned items are packed securely to stop any loss or damage during transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we are going to send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. we’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it’s approved, then your refund is processed, and also the credit will automatically be applied to your MasterCard or original method of payment, within a specific amount of days, counting on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your checking account again.
- Then contact your MasterCard company, it should take a while before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. there’s often some interval before a refund is posted.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, magnetic tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition is broken or missing parts for reasons undue to our error.
Items that are a part of any sale/offer cannot be refunded unless they’re faulty.
